All procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Board of Peace procurement policy and applicable implementing procedures.

Rights Reserved

The Board of Peace reserves the right to:

  • Modify or cancel procurement processes
  • Use alternative procurement methods where justified
  • Apply security, operational, or urgency-based exceptions as permitted under policy

Participation in any process does not guarantee award.

Vendor Requirements

Vendors participating in Board of Peace procurements must comply with all applicable requirements, including:

  • Demonstrated technical and financial capacity
  • Relevant past performance and experience
  • Ability to operate in the required environment
  • Completion of security vetting and due diligence checks

The Board of Peace may utilize Pre-Qualified Partner (PQP) frameworks and/or limited competition among vetted suppliers where appropriate.

Protest Procedures

Vendors may submit a formal protest related to a procurement process in accordance with Board of Peace procedures.

Protests must be submitted within the required timeframe and must clearly state the grounds and supporting evidence.

Submission of a protest does not automatically suspend procurement or contract award decisions.

Integrity Standards

All participants in procurement processes must adhere to the highest standards of integrity. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest

Violations may result in disqualification, contract termination, or exclusion from future opportunities.

Transparency & Publication

In accordance with Board of Peace procurement policy, the following information may be published for transparency purposes:

  • Procurement notices and solicitation documents
  • Contract awards (including contractor identity, value, and scope)
  • Contract amendments and modifications
  • Summaries of non-competitive procurement justifications

Certain information may be redacted or delayed where necessary for security, confidentiality, or operational integrity.
